| These are the current projects that the Infinite Communications team are currently working on. Each member brings their individual strengths and talents to every meeting. Lots of discussion and debate takes place but all ideas are welcomed and encouraged! |
Strategic Communications Course - H&B Disher Courier The team is currently working on developing a strategic communications plan for our client, a local courier company serving mainly the GTA, with services across Canada. The focus of the project is to understand where the client presently is, identify where they would like to be in five years and develop strategies and tactics to help them achieve those five year goals and objectives. The team has met extensively with H&B Disher Courier, and is in the process of completing our initial research. The research entails surveying clients and brokers (drivers) on their communications processes with H&B Disher Courier. The team is also analyzing the websites of competing courier companies to compare levels and terms of services offered. The project is to be completed by April 8, 2009. |

Philanthropy Course - The Vita Centre The team's work with the Vita Centre has resulted in three projects being completed for our Philanthropy course. The Vita Centre provides shelter through its residential program to young pregnant women in need of assistance. It also provides parenting, employability and life skills programs to people in the Region of Peel. On behalf of the Vita Centre, the Infinite Communications team completed a grant application to the Realtor's Care Foundation for funds to assist in the purchase of a new residence. The team also identified IKEA as a possible donor for furnishing the residence and created a pitch for the Vita Centre to use for that purpose. The team will also be creating a fundraising plan to help the Vita Centre implement new fundraising initiatives to maintain the residence and the services it provides. This project will be completed April 8, 2009. |

Issues and Crisis Management - Sheridan College Work is about to commence on developing a crisis communications plan for Sheridan College in the event of a pandemic. The team is excited to begin working on this project. |
